For over 30 years, MealTime has been at the heart of the National School Lunch Program. Their mission is to provide trusted, easy-to-use food service software to public and private schools nationwide, with a focus on integrity and a deep commitment to personal customer service.
Their suite of cafeteria management systems offer a choice of technology platforms, each delivering point of sale flexibility, back office efficiency and parent convenience, all backed by the best support team in the business.
Established the new position of product manager within the 22 person company to conceive and build the first cloud-based point of sale system in the industry disrupting the stale market.
Major Products Launched
Point of Sale
Built for speed, accuracy, and ease-of-use, mPower makes the cashier’s job simple. With an ultra-intuitive screen design, new cashiers can start serving with minimal training. Fewer clicks to complete a transaction means less potential for error and less fatigue.
Central Administration
Provides System Administrators with access to the setup and control of the entire mPower system. Parameters for users, menu items, prices, serving screen templates, purchase controls, and more are set centrally and can be assigned to all sites or to any selected site within the system. Role-based security governs each user’s level of access.
Apply Online
Parents can fill out a secure and private Free and Reduced Meal Application from anywhere they have Internet access. Administrators can review applications online from any computer, then advance them to MealTime mPower’s Eligibility Management module for processing.
Eligibility Management
MealTime mPower brings its inherent flexibility to managing all of your free and reduced beneficiaries. Enter and approve applications centrally or at individual schools and track student and household change history. Includes a full set of multi-lingual notification letters.
